Ethan Sullivan, who is in prison for murdering Jay Hahn, of West Penn Township, in 2014, reportedly assaulted Bradley Merwine on August 17th with a pen that had a staple attached to it.
Sullivan is now serving the rest of his 30-60 year sentence at SCI-Camp Hill.
