According to the Republican Herald, Kirsten Davenport, of St. Clair, was driving on West Laurel Street at a high rate of speed when she enter the intersection with North Lehigh Ave striking a SUV which then hit a parked car and flipped.
Davenport then reportedly fled the scene were she was found on Altamont Boulevard where she appeared and was tested to be intoxicated.
