According to the Republican Herald, Mark Kessler, of Frackville was charged by Frackville Borough Police for a complaint on August 19th and August 22nd, 2015.
According to magisterial records, Kessler was charged on December 8th for an alleged incident that took place on August 19th where he was charged with harrassment.
He was also charged for a 2nd alleged incident that took place on August 22nd where he was charged with harassment, making terroristic threats, and disorderly conduct.
