Packages that were stolen last week still made it to their destination.
Last Wednesday, around 3:30PM, the Schuylkill Haven Police Department received a report from a local UPS driver that 3 packages were stolen from his hand cart while he was stopped at a home.
The driver reported that while leaving the home he saw a male removing the packages from his hand cart and throwing them into a black Chrysler 200.
The vehicle fled the scene towards Main Street in the borough.
The next day, the department received news that the recipients of the packages found them on their front porch opened, but with all the ordered items inside.
