According to the Times News, Alex Shanko, 36, of Frackville failed to make deposits totaling over $19,000 for Arby's Pine Grove location.
Shanko has been charged with theft, receiving stolen property, theft by failure to make required deposit of funds.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 18th, 2016.
