According to WNEP, Michael Kilcullen, 19, of Pottsville is accused of sexual contact with a 13 year old girl back in December.
Pottsville Police have charged Kilcullen with statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, corruption of a minor, and other charges.
Kilcullen is currently locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 25th, 2016.
