ROADS AND HEAVY RAIN WILL RESULT IN SEVERAL MORE HOURS OF RUNOFF
AND PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS DUE TO CLOGGED STORM DRAINS. ALLOW
EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION THIS MORNING AND EARLY THIS
AFTERNOON.
IN ADDITION...GUSTY SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL OCCUR FROM TIME TO
TIME...AS WARMER AIR WORKS INTO THE AREA. WINDS WILL BE ESPECIALLY
GUSTY NEAR MOUNTAIN AREAS AND ACROSS THE MIDDLE AND LOWER
