According to the Pennlive.com,Scott Smith, 45, walked into a house in Coaldale, used the bathroom, then sat down and watched TV with the woman who lived in the home during a March 14th incident.
The woman told Smith to leave but just sat in the home until police arrived.
Coaldale police have charged Smith with burglary, criminal trespassing, and defiant trespassing.
Smith was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge David J. Rossi and is currently locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post bail.
