A man is facing charges after he was arrested for allegedly raping a 13 year old girl in West Mahanoy Township.According to Magisterial Records, Michael S. Catherman, 56, of Frackville, was charged by the Pennsylvania State Police with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors.
According to the Republican Herald, Catherman had "forced sexual contact" with a 13 year old girl multiple times since December of 2015.
Catherman is locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post bail.
