In total, A total of seven subjects were taken into custody, three have active arrest warrants, and another three have active summonses against them for the lesser misdemeanor charges.
In the fall of 2015, members of the Pennsylvania State Police and Schuylkill County District Attorney's Office began an investigation into a large scale methamphetamine trafficking organization encompassing, primarily, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. The investigation revealed that members of this investigation arranged for the delivery of methamphetamine from individual(s) operating out of San Diego, California, to Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
During the course of the investigation, law enforcement utilized purchases of methamphetamine, physical surveillance, court-authorized search and seizure warrants and court-authorized surveillance.
On April 9, 2016, members of law enforcement executed fourteen (14) court-authorized search and seizure warrants which resulted in the seizure of quantities of United States Currency, methamphetamine, marijuana, firearms, pipe bombs and stolen items including a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Total seizures of this investigation included approximately nine and one quarter pounds of methamphetamine, one half pound of marijuana, seventy-two guns, nine (9) pipe bombs, and United States Currency in the amount of $103,120.00.
Ten persons associated with this organization were charged with Felony violations of the Pennsylvania Crimes Code. Three additional persons were charged with misdemeanor violations of the Pennsylvania Crimes code.
As of this date, three (3) individuals remain at large relating to this investigation.

Angel ROMEU, DOB: 01/13/84, of St. Clair, PA was taken into custody and has been charged with Corrupt Organizations, Possession of controlled Substances, Possession with the intent to distribute, dealing in proceeds, and unlicensed use of a Commercial Facility.
David BAINBRIDGE, DOB: 07/09/80, of Seltzer, PA was taken into custody and has been charged with Corrupt Organizations, Possession of controlled Substances, Possession with the intent to distribute, dealing in proceeds, and unlicensed use of a Commercial Facility.
Brett HEINBACH, DOB: 06/18/82, of Pine Grove, PA was taken into custody and has been charged with Corrupt Organizations, Possession of controlled Substances, Possession with the intent to distribute, dealing in proceeds, and unlicensed use of a Commercial Facility.
Jonathan SPIESS, DOB: 07/25/79, of Auburn, PA was taken into custody and has been charged with Corrupt Organizations, Possession of controlled Substances, Possession with the intent to distribute, dealing in proceeds, and unlicensed use of a Commercial Facility.
Michael DONLIN, DOB: 01/06/75, of Pine Grove, PA was taken into custody and has been charged with Possession of controlled Substances and Possession with the intent to distribute
Anthony HAUGHTON, DOB: 10/10/60, of Elizabeth, NJ was taken into custody and has been charged with Corrupt Organizations, Possession of controlled Substances, Possession with the intent to distribute, dealing in proceeds, and unlicensed use of a Commercial Facility.
