Charges were filed today on a Shenandoah woman for an incident in Mahanoy City at the Coco Hut in April.
According to Police, Amy Dower, 41 of Shenandoah now faces charges of Possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI-controlled substance,a and numerous summary offenses to which she will have to answer before Judge Kilker in Shenandoah
