The Cleanup is scheduled from September 12th, 2016 through September 24th, 2016. The event will be funded through the County Commissioners Office and the State Department of Environmental Protection.

60.59 tons in tires
288 tons in electronics
65.66 tons in scrap metal and appliances
79.08 tons in bulky items
Consumers in Schuylkill County with electronic items they want to recycle have other options.
The county’s website lists several companies that will recycle items, including Vertigo Systems, Bloomsburg Recycling Center, Responsible Recycling Services, etc.
