Woman Facing DUI Charges
FRACKVILLE - Borough police have filed drug DUI charges against Heather Weingard, 25 of Shenandoah after an incident that occurred on June 10, 2016. Police were dispatched to a vehicle driving erratically towards the borough on SR 61 north from Saint Clair.
A vehicle stop was conducted on described vehicle on North Lehigh Ave. A short investigation into this incident revealed that Weingard was under the influence of a controlled substance while in physical control of her vehicle. Weingard was charged with DUI Drugs Incapable of Safe Driving, driving on roadways lanes for traffic, careless driving, drivers required to be licensed, driving while suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and misbranding.
Weingard will have to answer to the above charges before Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.

Man Facing Terroristic Threat Charges
FRACKVILLE - Borough police have filed charges against Heath M Livergood, 26 of Frackville after two incidents that occurred on July 21, 2016 Police were called to the area of 100 Block of North 4th St for a disturbance report. Investigation revealed that Livergood was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim and threatened to shoot him and his dog.
A short time later police were called back again for another disturbance. Investigation revealed that Livergood again threatened to shoot the victim and his dog. During the verbal altercation Livergood did swing a golf club at the victim but missed.
Livergood was charged with terroristic threats, harassment, and disorderly conduct for incident one.

Livergood will have to answer to the above charges before Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.
