Just before 6:00am, emergency personnel were called to 50 West Third Street, Mount Carmel for a working commercial fire.
When crews arrived they found flame shooting from the roof of the Wells Fargo Bank.
The fire was upgraded to a 2nd alarm but the fire was reportedly mainly contained to the roof of the building.
Schuylkill County Fire crews from Ashland and Englewood responded.
No other details at this time.
