On Wednesday, Pennsylvania State Troopers responded to an incident on Walnut Lane in Norwegian Township.
When police arrived, they found Donald Wrona in possession of a 30-06 rifle. Police described Wrona to be disheveled and wearing only white underwear and a white robe and appeared to be hallucinating.
Upon investigation, it was discovered that during the incident, Wrona fired a shot from the rifle towards a victim.
Wrona was taken into custody, arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Plachko, and committed to Schuylkill County Prison unable to post a $350,000 cash bail on charges of attempted homicide and recklessly endangering.
