Police Looking to Locate Escapee from Berks County Facility

Shawn Michael Alexander, was released from SCI Quehanna on Monday, 10/17/16 around 8:00am and was to report the Adappt Rehabilitation Center, located at 428 Walnut St., Reading, Berks County.


Alexander never checked in at Adappt. ALEXANDER was reported as an escapee on 10/18/16.

Police say Alexander is approximately 5’06” and weights 135lbs.

Alexander’s location is unknown.
