Survived by his sons; Leonard A. Zubey and his wife Andrea of Middletown, Thomas J. Zubey and his wife Patricia of New Tripoli, grand children, George E., Alec M., Lauren, Jesse, Nicholas, Matt, Mike, and Tim; many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive Leonard.
A Tamaqua High School graduate, Leonard worked as a machinist for the former Atlas Powder Company of Reynolds for many years. He enjoyed hunting, golf, and bowling.
Born Tuesday, June 16, 1931 in Gilberton the son of the late George P., and Violet R. (Petinas) Zubey. He was also predeceased by hi son, Jerome W. "Jerry" Zubey; brothers, George, Eugene, William, Albert, Alfonsos, and Edmund Zubey.
