Car Damaged in Incident
GIRARDVILLE - According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, an investigation into criminal mischief was investigated on Monday, 11/14/16 around 9:45pm in Girardville.
Police say that Steven Melsom, 21, of Girardville smashed multiple windows and damaged the hood and driver's door of a woman's vehicle located in the 300 Block West Preston Ave, in the borough.
Criminal mischief charges have been filed against Melsom.

Burglary Under Investigation
New Ringgold - A burglary is under investigation in the 300 Block of Hughes Street, New Ringgold.
The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville say that on 11/7/16 between 3:45pm and 5:30pm, someone broke into a garage and stole a Welder, welder's helmet, welding stand, grinder, circular saw, and multiple drills.

Teen Facing Underage Drinking Charges
The Pennsylvania State Police have charged a 17 year old with underage drinking after the student showed up to school under the influence of alcohol on 11/9/16.
Police say that the accused had a strong odor of alcohol on their breath, slurred speech, and glassy eyes that were detected by school staff members.
The teen will now face charges before Magisterial District Judge Plachko.

Man Facing Harassment Charges
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, Brian Andrewsky, 45, of Lost Creek is facing harassment charges after he allegedly struck a 16 year old girl and a 45 year old woman on 11/8/16.
Andrewsky will receive 2 summons for harassment from the incident.
