Man Facing Disorderly Conduct Charges
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, Dean Zelinksy, 51, of Union Township near Ringtown is accused of driving his vehicle around Melonie Manor, Union Township and spinning his tires on the macadam between 2:00am and 4:00am on the morning of October 31st, 2016.
It was also reported that during the incident Zelinsky through furniture off of his front porch and yelling waking the neighbors. Zelinksy also appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
Zelinksy will answer to charges of disorderly conduct to Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale.

Theft and Vandalism Investigation in New Philadelphia
The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville are investigating an incident that occurred on October 31st, 2015 around 10:30am.
Police say the incident took place in the rear of 247 Valley Street, New Philadelphia when a suspect smash the driver's door window with a shovel then jacked up the vehicle and removed the front passenger side wheel.
The incident is still under investigation.

Woman Facing Harassment Charges
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, Diane Felegie is accused of biting someone that she was in a verbal argument with on November 1st, 2016 around 2:15pm. The incident happened on Lower Street, Morea, Mahanoy Township.
Felegie is facing harassment charges and will answer to Magisterial District Judge Anthony J. Kilker.

Police Looking for Individual on Warrants and Unauthorized Use of Vehicle
According to Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, Nethaniel Paul Shea, 34, is accused of using a vehicle without permission.
Shea is also reported to have existing criminal warrants.

Woman Accused of Tampering with Records
According to Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, Katelin Flamini, of Pottsville, is accused of altering nursing and cosmetologist licenses, issued to others, to make them appear as if they were issued to her.
Police say Flamini allegedly altered the records to pretend to hold a cosmetologist license which allowed her to get a job at Urban Hair Stylists at the Schuylkill Mall, New Castle Township.
Flamini is facing two counts of Tampering with Public Records of Information, along with two counts of Impersonating a Holder of a Professional or Occupational License.
Charges have been filed against Flamini at Magisterial District Judge David Plachko's Office, Port Carbon.
