According to Mahanoy City Police, the following three are facing charges after an incident on East Pine Street.
- William Sanchez, 29, of Mahanoy City facing charges of possession of a controlled substance (heroin & pain killers), drug paraphernalia, & disorderly conduct
- Tanya Harvery, 36, of Mount Carmel faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence'
- Colin Hasara, 36,of Mahanoy City faces possession of a controlled substance (heroin & marijuana) & possession of drug paraphernalia.
