Just before 5:00pm Friday, a crash occurred on Interstate 81 northbound near Milemarker 134 that blocked both lanes.
As of 6:00pm, Interstate 81 northbound is closed between Exit 134 (Delano) and 138 (McAdoo).
At least 1 helicopter was called to transport a patient.
