Tawny Lynn Butler, 69 of Pine Grove, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, in the Tremont Health & Rehab. Center .
Born August 2, 1947 in Pottsville, she was a daughter of the lateThomas and Thelma Leffler Walton .
She was a member of Schuylkill Church of the Brethren, Pine Grove
Other than her family, her true passion was her animals. She loved her dogs and cats with all her heart. Tawny owned and operated Paradise Pet Sitting & Grooming prior to her illness.
A granddaughter, Makenzie Marie Butler, preceded her in death.
Surviving are her husband, Theodore Butler, Sr.; three Sons, Todd & wife Karen Butler, Tim & wife Colleen Butler and Theodore, Jr & wife Tonya Butler all of Pine Grove; five grandchildren, Gavin, Allison, Logan, and Alexis Butler all of Pine Grove, Nicole wife of James Blain and a Great-Grandchild, Felicia Blain all of Llewellyn.
Memorial Services will be held at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., on Monday, January 2, at 6:30 pm with Pastor Richard Hoffman officiating. There will be a calling time on Monday, January 2, from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc.
The family would prefer, in lieiu of flowers, Contributions be made to the Ruth Steinert SPCA P. O. Box 332 Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972, in her memory.

Anne V. McDonald, 87, of West Main Street, Girardville,PA passed away Monday, December 26th, 2016 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Pottsville, PA.
Born in Mahanoy Plane,PA August 1,1929 the daughter of the late John and Catherine (Stahl) Kirby. She graduated from Gilberton High School Class of 1947;
was a life long time member of the former St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Girardville
was currently a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church, Ashland. She was a member of the Girardville Senior Citizens and the Catholic Daughters of America.
She was a member of the GIrardville Red Hats. Anne was attending Golden Years
Adult Day Care Center. She was the best Mommy & Nanny, cook and baker in the
world. She was preceded in death by her husband Francis J. McDonald in 1992.
Children surviving: Helen Anne Small; Francis J. husband of Bonnie McDonald Jr.;
Maurice J. husband of Diane McDonald; Robert M. husband of Maria McDonald;
Mary Anne Woodward; Kay Anne Shearn; JoAnne wife of Jack Flynn and Sally Anne Alansky. A sister Mary Lou Horswood survives. Eightteen grandchildren: Catie and Joseph; Marie, Francis III, Barbara and Steven; Timmy; Maura; Jennifer, Sara, Lizzy, and Robert Jr.; Stacey and Eric; Brendan; Jack Jr. and Brigid; Megan.
She was preceded in death by brothers John, Joseph, Andrew, Kirby a sister Hannah McLoughlin and a son in law Edwin C. Woodward. Nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Charles Borromeo Parish, Ashland, PA, at 10:30 AM on Friday, December 30th, with Rev. Paul L. Rothermel officiating.
Interment at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Ft. Springs, PA. Viewing Thursday 6:00-9:00 PM from the Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home,Ashland and Friday 9:00-10:00 AM from the Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home.
