Around 4:00pm Saturday, emergency personnel were called Route 901 in the area of the 901 Pub in Foster Twp for a head on crash.
When crews arrive they found a two vehicle accident with 3 people confined and two that had freed themselves from their vehicles.
In all, 5 people suffered injuries in the crash and were taken to area hospitals via ambulance.
Due to weather, helicopters were unable to fly to transport the injured.
