Frackville Borough Police have filed charges on Samantha Kohr, Alex Faust, Kevin Frye, and Theresa Frye from an incident that occurred on August 27,2016.
Police were notified on August 30,2016 of a stolen debit card. During subsequent investigation the debit card had been used at multiple locations that were not authorized by the owner.
The above actors were each charged with ID theft and will have to answer to Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.

Man Charged With Hitting Another Man with His Vehicle
Frackville Borough Police have filed charges against Gary Lindtner for an incident that occurred on November 27, 2016.
On November 27,2016 A witness observed Lindtner almost striking a vehicle on Route 61 North that caused an individual to lose control of thier vehicle, leaving the roadway,
The witness then followed Lindtner into the borough of Frackville attempting to get Lindtner's attention.
Lindtner then waived for the witness to come speak to him. After doing so Lindtner then struck the witness with his vehicle causing bodily injury to the witness.
Lidtner is charged with Accidents involving death or personal injury, Reckless driving, Careless driving, Duty to give information and render aid, and Harassment.
Lidtner will have to answer to charges with Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.
