An online posting has been circling social media on Friday and Saturday about a fight that occurred at the Shenandoah Valley School District during a lunch period. The posting shares information that a fight broke out and that words were said threatening students at school on Monday with a gun.
Skook News has confirmed from the Shenandoah Police Department the following statement
On Friday, February 17 the Shenandoah Police Department received notification from the Shenandoah Valley School District that they had received reports from concerned parents and students that a student was going to bring a gun to school on Monday after being involved in an altercation with another student.
Police investigated the report and have determined that there is no truth to the allegation.
