* WINDS...West-northwest 15 to 25 MPH with occasional gusts between 45 and 50 MPH.
* TIMING...Winds will increase late this evening and persist for much of Monday. The strongest wind gusts will be late tonight through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs...trees...and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected.
