According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Saturday, March 4, 2017 around 10:50am, Kyle Kaminsky, 40, of Barnesville, got into an argument with another male at 19 Saint Ann Street, in Mahanoy Township, near Mahanoy City.
Police say Kaminsky is accused of shoving the victim off an elevated location causing the victim to roll and fall of the elevated location. The victim sustained enough injury that he needed to be flown to a nearby hospital.
Kaminsky had fled the scene prior to police arrival.
Police say Kaminsky was later located at 21 Saint Ann Street hiding in the attic under a pile of clothes.
Kaminsky was later committed to Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $25,000 straight cash bail.
