Around 3:40 pm, Friday afternoon, emergency personnel were called to the northbound lanes of Interstate 81 near Milemarker 135 for a multi vehicle accident.
Multiple emergency units from Schuylkill and Luzerne counties have been called to the scene.

Roughly 30 vehicles are reported to be involved in the crash.
