Prison Guard Charged for Relationship with Inmate

A prison guard in Schuylkill County has been charged due to her relationship she had with an inmate.

Last week, Traci Williams, was charged with institutional sexual assault and other charges after she was found to have been showing affection, as well as giving a cell phone to an inmate at SCI-Mahanoy where she worked as a corrections officer.
