On Thursday, 05/11/17, around 1:54am, Ashland Police observed Kylee Elizabeth Wargo and a male, later identified as Daniel Grohowski, engaged in an argument in the 400 block of Centre Street in the borough.
When the officer stopped and began to investigate, Wargo and Grohowski ran in opposite directions. A foot chase ensued where Wargo was apprehended but Grohowski was not.
Wargo told Police that Grohowski was wanted on a warrant by State Parole Agents.
Wargo was committed to Schuylkill County Prison on a bench warrant issued by the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas due to Wargo failing to show for a sentencing hearing on March 17, 2017.
