During the event, the Upper Schuylkill County Band performed along with speeches from Schuylkill County Commissioners Gary Hess and George Halcovage, Senator David Argall, Representative Neal Goodman, and Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale.
The program concluded with prayer from Father Finlan, and a 21 gun salute by members of the Frackville American Legion.
In total, organizers placed 180 banners around the borough.
Project committee included Paul Martin, Ron Liem, Walter Hummel, Tim Hale, Dan Bennett, Sam Samelko, John Chuma, and Albert Dillman.
