The Pennsylvania State Police Megan's Law web site tracks and reports information on all the registered sex offenders to keep the public informed.
The list, found at the link below, contains those who live but also those that work within the county as well.
Of those listed, Tier 3 sex offenders are the most severe offenders on the registry and are required to register their home address and work address every three months for the rest of their lives.
Tier 3 sex offenses include such crimes as kidnapping, rape, incest, and sexual assault.

The list does not include those that are incarcerated in Schuylkill County.
