According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, Jennifer Lynn Hoffman, 36, of Pottsville ran out of gas on the night of Tuesday, June 6, 2017.
Police say a service provider had to be summoned to bring gasoline, where Hoffman implied to the service worker that she would pay via a credit card.
Once receiving the service, Hoffman refused to pay. She was also given a generous grace period to pay the service fee, but she declined.
Hoffman is now facing a charge of theft of services.

Woman Facing DUI Charges
On Monday, June 19, 2017 around 9:30 p.m., the Orwigsburg Police Department stopped a vehicle for committing several vehicle code violations which began at the intersection of S. Wayne Street and S. Liberty Street.
The driver, Diane Sophy, 53, of Minersville was found to be manifestly under the influence of alcoholic beverages to the degree which she was incapable of safely operating a vehicle upon a highway.
Sophy was arrested and transported to the Lehigh Valley Health Network-Schuylkill South campus where she refused to submit to a chemical test of blood.
Sophy will be charged with DUI and all applicable summary violations.
