According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Wednesday Police were notified that Carin Hubbard, 28, no such address, was found to be in possession of a stolen key fob from Sosnoski Automotive in Girardville.
Hubbard confessed to how she took the key fob and told Police that she intended to steal the vehicle that it belonged to.
Hubbard was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Kilker and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $15,000 cash bail.
