The first, which occurred in the 3000 block of Ridgeview Drive, occurred as unknown person(s) entered an unlocked vehicle and removed approximately $50 in cash and an additional $10 in loose change.
The second, which occurred in the 1000 block of Ridgeview Drive, occurred as unknown person(s) removed a “for sale by owner” sign from the front lawn of a residence. Two additional “for sale by owner” signs were removed from the lower entrance to the Ridgeview Development.
