Dolores J "Dolly" Troutman, age 84, of Valley View, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017 at the Kepler Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, Elizabethville.
She was born on Sunday, June 11, 1933, in Valley View, a daughter of the late Harold E "Fisher" Kissinger and the late Ersal A Rose Kissinger.
She was a 1951 graduate of the former Hubley Twp High School.
She was a seamstress for the former Amy Sportsware, prior to her retirement.
Dolly was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Sacramento; where she was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary.
She was also a member of the Tri-Valley Senior Citizens.
Dolly enjoyed traveling and going on bus trips. Her greatest love of all was her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; by a sister, Janice Lettich; and by a brother, Donald Kissinger.
She is survived by her husband Robert L Troutman, to whom she was married for 63 years.
She is also survived by two sons, Terry L Troutman and his wife Nancy of Valley View, Tab R Troutman and his wife Pam of Valley View; four grandsons, Jason Troutman and his wife Sara, Justin Troutman and his wife Jennifer, Travis Troutman and his wife Amy, and Tyler Troutman and his wife Joanie; a granddaughter, Erin Troutman; six great grandchildren Emma, Trista, Willlow, Brynne, Lucas, and James; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at 11:00 am, with Rev. Raymond Holland officiating.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be made in St. Paul's Cemetery, Sacramento.

Ira Foose, 65, of Mahanoy City, passed away Thursday, June 29th, at his residence.
Ira was born in Shenandoah, on April 26, 1952, a son of the late Alice (VanHorn) and Clarence Foose. He grew up on a farm in the Brandonville area and was a graduate of the Hazleton High School. He had many jobs during his lifetime, including farming, construction and as a welder
working at Summit Manufacturing in Hazleton, where he last worked in 2001.
He was also a volunteer camp host at Locust Lake State Park, a pastime he enjoyed since 2007.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Alice Mae Kane.
Ira is survived by his wife, Nora (Cook) Foose. They would have been married 29 years on July 2nd of this year.
Ira is survived by three daughters, Wanda Foose, and her mother, Ira's first wife, Elaine Lindenmuth; Ashlie Foose, and Abigail Foose, all of Mahanoy City;
He is also survived by two sisters, Donna Vale, of Brandonville and Carol Garrison, of Shenandoah;
two brothers, Paul Foose, of Shenandoah and Clarence 'Buddy' Foose, Jr., of Brandonville.
Ira is also survived by 5 grandchildren Sapphire Haas; Christofer Haas; Izabella Reimard; Rayne Reimard; Grace Reimard and expecting the arrival of Elijah Reimard in the near future. He is also survived by a great granddaughter, Esther Eileen.
A Funeral Service will be held at St. John's Church in Brandonville, at 11 AM on Thursday, July 6th, with Pastor Jay Serafin officiating.
Relatives and Friends are invited to a viewing on Thursday from 10-11 AM at the church prior to the service.
Burial will take place in the Brandonville Union Cemetery immediately following the church service.
