Woman Charged for 3 Separate Incidents
Frackville Borough Police have filed charges on Linda M Garraway, 65 of Frackville following three separate incidents on July 11, 2017 and July 12, 2017
At 920pm July 11, 2017 police were called to the area of N Railroad Ave and E Spring St for a female screaming, yelling, and banging on doors and windows. Female was identified as Garraway and advised to go inside her residence or leave the area for the night.
At 1046pm police were again called to the same area for a female yelling, screaming, banging on doors. Police again arrived and located Garraway laying on the front porch of a residence. Garraway was transported to a local hotel for the remainder of the night.
Between 0500am - 0600am on July 12, 2017 the Schuylkill County Emergency Center received five 911 calls from Garraway while she was inside a hotel room reporting she was afraid for her life. Police arrived spoke to Garraway and during investigation learned that no persons were inside her room or around the general area. Garraway was asked to leave by hotel staff numerous times and refused.
Garraway was arrested and removed from the premises by police after refusing to leave.
Garraway is charged with two summary counts of disorderly conduct for incident one and two.
Garraway is charged with criminal trespass, abuse of emergency telephone services, disorderly conduct, harassment, and resisting arrest for incident three.
All charges are filed at Magisterial District Judge Christina Hales' office in Frackville.
