According to WNEP, Thomas Danishesfsky, 77, of McAdoo is locked up in Schuylkill County Prison after another man who is disabled told police that Danishesfsky sexually assaulted him last week.
Danishesfsky reported admitted to the assault.
He is now locked up on Schuylkill County Prison on charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a disabled person, sexual assault, and indecent assault on a person substantially disabled.
He is locked up on $50,000 straight cash bail with a preliminary hearing scheduled for 09/12/17.
