Hunter Glen Motley, age 26, of Port Carbon, PA passed away his loving family by his side on Thursday, August 10th, 2017 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA. Born in Pottsville, PA on February 16, 1991, he was the son of the John J. and Karen A. (Himmelberger) Motley. Hunter worked in the packing and shipping department at SAPA in Cressona. Hunter loved hunting and fishing and just being in the outdoors. He was a member of the Lone Pine Fishing Club in Middleport and the Pricetown Rifle and Pistol Club. Hunter loved gun smithing, riding four wheelers and snowmobiles, and loved playing sports like hockey, baseball and football. In addition to his parents, Hunter is survived by his paternal grandparents Ronald and Mary Himmelberger, Blandon, PA. and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. A Religious Service will be held at the Robert A. Evans Jr. Funeral Home, 208 Pike St., Port Carbon at 7:30PM on Wednesday, August 16th, with David Poissant officitating. Relatives and Friends are invited to a viewing on Wednesday evening from 4:30-7:30PM at Robert A. Evans Jr. Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held at 11AM in the Berks County Memorial Garden's Cemetery in Fleetwood, PA. William F Fredericks, Jr., age 62, of N Railroad St., Tamaqua, died Thursday , August 110, 2017, at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem.
Preceded in death by his wife Charlotte M. (Bowman) Fredericks on July 11, 2016. He is survived by his children, Jean L. Metz, William F. Fredericks III, George Kleppinger, Leslie Kleppinger, Michael Bowman, Nathan Bowman, and Jarod Bowman; sisters, Mrs. Sandy Paulis wife of Edward, Mrs. Jackie Oaks, Mrs. Brenda Costin; brothers, Mr. Dale Fredericks and his wife Wendy, Mr. Pat Frederick and his wife Jackie, Mr. Roy Frederick; nine grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Bill was an active member of the Tamaqua Rescue Squad, Tamaqua Fire Police, and Quakake Fire Company. He had worked for the Tamaqua Transfer Station, and at the Tamaqua Salvation Army.
William served honorably in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
Born in Coaldale, he was the son of the late William F. Fredericks, Sr., and Dorothy I. (Reigel) Fredericks.
