Man Charged for Multiple Violations of PFA and Fleeing Police
According to Ashland Police, on Monday, July 31st, police were dispatched to the Boyer's Parking lot in the borough for a domestic incident.
Police say Paul Hutnick, 46, and a female victim were in her vehicle were reported to be in the area.
As police were responding they were told by the dispatcher that Hutnick just punched the window out of the vehicle.
As police arrived Hutnick fled west on Middle Street where he ran to the area of Front and Middle Street where a foot pursuit began, but police quickly took him into custody.
Hutnick was transported arraigned and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison on $25,000 straight cash bail on charges of violating multiple PFA violations. Hutnick has been reported to have been violating the PFA multiple times and evading police each time over the past few weeks. Additional charges of burglary, resisting arrest and criminal mischief are pending from the other incidents.
