Man Wanted for Theft and Burglary in East Norwegian Township

The Saint Clair Police are attempting to locate a man wanted for a recent break in at a local business in East Norwegian Twp.


Police say Joshua Spector is wanted for Theft By Unlawful Taking, Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief, Receiving Stolen Property.
