According to Ashland Police, around 5:30pm, Monday, while police were on patrol in the area of 2800 Centre Street, the officer observed a motorcycle being operated without a headlight or registration plate.
Police followed and pulled the driver over. Police asked the driver, Brian Boblick, 33, of Mount Carmel for his driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. Boblick stated he had none of the documentation the officer asked for.
