Rose M. Banditelli , 87, of Tamaqua passed away Wednesday October 11, 2017 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest, Allentown.
Born in Tamaqua October 6, 1930, she was a daughter of the late James and Splendora (DeFrancesco) Fiorini.
Rose was a member of St. John XXIII R.C.C., formally St Jerome's Church.
She retired as a clerk at the Coaldale State Hospital.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond J Banditelli in 1995, a son in law Gordon W. Tonkin, 5 sisters and 2 brothers.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Mary Rose Tonkin, Tamaqua, Beth Ann Seymour, Coaldale, 5 grandchildren , Damian Fritz, Gordon R Tonkin, Allison Tonkin, Tara Seymour, Danielle Seymour and 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. of 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pennsylvania 18252. (570) 668-2550.
Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday October 16, 2017 at 10 o'clock A.M. from St. John XXIII R.C.C. located at 266 West Broad Street Tamaqua, Pennsylvania 18252. Rev. John A. Frink to officiate. Private family may call from 8:30 A.M. - 9:30 A.M. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers Mass cards or Memorials maybe be sent to St. John XXIII R.C.C.
Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
