WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 8 AM EDT TUESDAY...

 The National Weather Service in State College has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 1 AM to 8 AM EDT Tuesday. 

 * WINDS...South 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. 

 * TIMING...Late tonight into early Tuesday morning. 

 * IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power lines. Scattered power outages are possible.
