Walck is accused of taking $1,400.00 in cash from a borough resident for a home improvement project and failing to perform the work.
At the time of the initial contract, Walck used the alias of Donn Walch of D.W. Home Improvements.
Walck faces the following charges: (2) counts of Home Improvement Fraud, and (1) count each of theft by unlawful taking or disposition; theft by deception; and receiving stolen property.
