On Monday, Coward turned himself in to Kulpmont Police and was taken into custody.
Coward is charged with felony counts of aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats, possessing a firearm while being a felon, recklessly endangering other people and endangering the welfare of a child, as well as a misdemeanor of disorderly conduct.
Coward was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Richard Cashman and is locked up in Northumberland County Prison unable to post $300,000 straight cash bail.
