Santa Claus Flew into Shenandoah on Friday

On Friday, Santa flew into Veterans Field in Shenandoah.

As part of the yearly tradition, Mrs. T's Pierogies sponsored the 11th Annual event where Santa skydives into Shenandoah.

Clear blue skies allowed Santa Claus and his two elves to skydive and parachute into Veterans Stadium where they were greeted by children and adults from all over Schuylkill County.

Mrs. Claus, Rudolf and Frosty arrived at the field ahead of time to spread Christmas cheer.

Dave Smith from T-102 and Spinjammers was MC for the event.

After landing, The Shenandoah Police, Fire Department, and Shenandoah Valley Band led a parade for Santa to the American Legion on Main Street where he met with children and took photos.
