Robert D. Nunemacher, 66 years of age of Lizard Creek Road, Andreas, Pennsylvania passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2017, at home while in the care of his family.
Survived by his wife of 44 years, Alice E. (Blew) Nunemacher; sons, Robert D. Nunemacher and his wife Jennifer of Auburn, Scott R. Nunemacher and his wife Amy of Andreas, Randy Walters of Andreas, John F. Trout of Portage, PA; sisters, Dorothy M. Poorman of Liverpool, CA, Betty J. Bablo of Tamaqua, Lois M. Reed wife of Ronald of Alabama, Marion L. Fritz wife of Ronald of Pittsburgh, Joyce A. Nunemacher of Andreas;brothers, Charles H. Nunemacher of Lehighton, Kenny L. Nunemacher of Tamaqua, Edward D. Nunemacher and his wife MaryJane of Lansford, George W. Nunemacher, Jr.and his wife Jean of Tamaqua; grand children, Kayla, Justin, Jasmine, Aiden, Cameron, John.
Robert retired from Bridesburg Foundry of Fullerton where he had worked for 49 years in all departments by two. He was often called upon to tutor new employees. An avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. Robert, was a member of the Andreas Sporting Club, and Sportsman Rod & Gun Club of Andreas. He was a lifetime member of the New Ringgold Fire Company and had been Asst. Chief of the former Andreas Fire Company.
Born Sunday, January 14, 1951 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania. the son of the late George F. and Gertrude C. (Lauchnor) Nunemacher. He was also predeceased by sister, Beatrice P. Borascius; brothers, Russell , Paul E., and Raymond A. Nunemacher.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11 o'clock AM on Tuesday November 28, 2017 from the funeral home. Friends shall be received on Monday evening, November 27, 2017, at the funeral home from 6 to 8:00 PM, and on Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM until time of service.
Interment will be in Sky View Memorial Park, Tamaqua, Pennsylvania.
