According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Hamburg, around 6:45am, police responded to a two-vehicle crash located at 7654 Lancaster Ave, Tulpehocken Township, Berks County.
Police say Esther Sohn, 25, of Myerstown was travelling south in a Dodge Caravan on Lancaster Avenue. Jonathan Winfred, 33, of Myerstown was traveling north in a Fendt 930 Tractor.
Sohn began to cross into the northbound lane and struck the front end of farm tractor head on.
Sohn was entrapped inside of her vehicle and was found to be unconscious and unresponsive when first responders arrived at the scene.
Sohn was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Winfred was not injured in the crash.
Pennsylvania State Police at Hamburg are investigating the crash.
