According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the body of an Orwigsburg man who went missing after leaving a restaurant near Carlisle on Nov. 10 has been found.
Israel "Izzy" Whalen, 23, of Orwigsburg was found near the Red Robin where he was last seen in the 200 block of Westminster Drive in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County..Police said Whalen suffered from mental illness and was considered a danger to himself. His death isn't considered suspicious.
